LorraineWow! There sure is a lot going on these days! I have missed blogging but am very appreciative that Katie, Steph, and Terra have been able to more than pick up for my blogging slack!
The past month has been the biggest and brightest month in the history of
Simon Says Stamp! Such exciting things have been happening and I have barely been able to stop and catch my breath. It all started with the addition to our warehouse. We added about 33% more space to our existing 2 warehouses and moved into the new addition. Thanks to a wonderful (and much needed!) team of "helpers" - Courtney, Sarah, Morgan, Amy, Kelly, Jackie, Raquel (oh I hope I am not forgetting someone?????) we are all moved into our new space. Adding new shelving, labelling, organizing, thank you bags, storage and much more kept these girls busy!
We also were able to keep record fast shipping times during this busy holiday season! Shipping 7 days a week keeps us busy, but we LOVE it! I can honestly say that this is not my job - this is my passion! There is never a meal or conversation with my hubby where we are not talking about Simon. It's a dream to be able to work with such wonderful people and share our common love of creating art with each other. It is an honor and a priviledge to be able to supply so many folks with the freshest, most innovative and beautiful objects in the world to make their own and with which to create art!
Tim Holtz 12 Tags of Christmas brought a lot of enthusiastic stampers looking for just the right stamps and accessories. Of course, we
had the supplies! Whenever Tim used a supply we didn't have, we made sure to get it in stock for you guys right away (Vellum, sanding blocks, metal sheets!). It's our goal to be
one stop shopping and Tim Holtz 12 Tags is no exception! Saying it kept Terra and I on our toes EVERY day managing inventory and getting orders shipped out as quickly as humanly possible - is an understatement! Thanks Tim for your genius ideas and inspiration! Thanks Mario for your enthusiasm and additions / chats to twitter and facebook for us all to enjoy!

2010 Catalog release!? We are honored to be one of Hero Arts' premier stores and are one of the first stores in the world to get their new stamps and products for 2010! Thanks to our wonderful helpers, we were able to get over a thousand stamps put away, labelled and listed right away for customers to enjoy as quickly as possible.

Wendy Vecchi's blog?! She was a guest designer on our Simon Says Stamp challenge blog recently. Terra and I were lucky enough to cruise to Mexico with Wendy and Tim Holtz in October. All of this is happening during the busiest time of year - The Christmas and Holiday Season! WOW!
It is a season for thanking and I have to pay my deepest thanks to a supportive, talented, energetic, delightful group of women - our core team here at Simon - Terra, Amber, Stephanie, Katie, Carla for the past year and even past YEAR
S! Simon would not be able to offer such a tremendously diverse range of products if it weren't for these ladies! Please know, I mean this with all of my heart! We are a diverse group of ladies who come together in a magical way. Coming into the offices each day is a fresh and fun experience because these women have such heart. We come together with a common goal! The depth of care and concern that they have to make our customers happy is astounding! We are constantly brainstorming on ways to improve our business and expand our products. Every single day - and I mean every single day - at least one of these women touch my life in a positive way. Thank you ladies! Really, Thank you thank you! Friends are the family that we choose and I am blessed to have family like you!
There is another very special family around us here at Simon. Most of us have not had the opportunity to meet face to face - but our Design Team has been a splendid addition to the Simon Family! These girls work hard every week to provide inspiration to the Challenge readers and participants. With one of the most successful

2010 looks to be a very promising year for Simon Says Stamp! Thank you for enjoying (I HOPE!) the ride with us. In January, we will be trekking to Anaheim California to meet with vendors and be the first to see new, exciting, innovative, fun products for 2010 at the Craft and Hobby Association world trade show. I look forward to meeting some design team members - like Jay Jay, and seeing what new products we HAVE TO HAVE for 2010! Tim Holtz is coming out with 12 new colors, more tools and a great line of new dies! Basic Grey's new releases SUGAR RUSH and ORIGINS lines will be here SOON! (probably Monday). OOOOH! I can't wait to see what else is around the corner.
