Tim Holtz 12 Tags: December + Bonus Tag!

Hi!
As many of you know...Tim Holtz has a wonderful 12 Tags tradition, only this year instead of making all of them in December, he has made one per month so we could enjoy all year long!  We are lucky duckies because he has made THREE for us this month!!

These two were made for December.  Be sure to stop by Tim's website for step by step instructions and photos!

Tim made a surprise tag as well!  You'll find the instructions here.  I love these tags...not only are they a blast to make (no heat tool puns intended), they make gorgeous adornments to gifts, cards, Christmas trees, banners, and anything else you can think of!!  How will you display yours?

May You Be Blessed (plus tips for Falling Stars Die)

Happy Thursday, all! Wow, this week is just flying by! Anyhow, Kristina here with another card and video for you. :)

For this card, I used the exclusive Simon Says Stamp Falling Stars die. I've heard from some of you that you're having issues with indentations when using this die. Be sure to watch the video below for some tips on how to eliminate this issue.

I did some blending with three Tim Holtz Distress colors: Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean, and Black Soot. I think these are my favorite nighttime sky colors. I thought they would be perfect over the Falling Stars die-cut.

The Pop-Up Frosty Village punch from Martha Stewart Crafts also made an appearance (see how I used it last year on both this card and this card).
