A Faber Castell Inspiration!

Hello Bloggers! Happy Saturday!
I hope everyone's been having a good weekend! Today I have a fun entry from Faber Castell's Design Memory Craft blog from their Design Team member Mou Saha!

Mou Saha shared her Journal Page she made with her Faber Castell Gelatos, Essential Tool Kit, Stamper's Big Brush Pens, and a PITT Artist Pen.

Isn't this gorgeous? I love the watercolor look of it, and all of vintage looking touches! Let's follow her steps to see how we could recreate this beauty!

Mou took the Red and Yellow Set of Gelatos and rubbed them along side her piece of paper.

Then using the Mister Bottle from the Essential Tool Kit (which also has an eraser pencil, a watercolor brush, a paintbrush, pencil sharpener, and blending stump and wedge), she sprayed the Gelato ink and let it run down the page.

Using a Black Stamper's Big Brush Pen, Mou then inked a stamp (you could use Kaiser's Script Clear Stamp for a similar look) onto the dry ink.

Using the Black Stamper's Big Brush Pen again, she inked a butterfly stamp and colored it in with Art GRIP Aquarelle Pencils.

To get the finished look, Mou did the same technique to the top left corner as she did to the right side with a Blue Gelato. She also added in some paper tape (you could use Mixtape from the Amy Tangerine line, or Global Paper Tape from 7 Gypsies looks extremely similar!). Just begin writing with a Black PITT Artist Pen to record a story and you're all set!
