Hello ladies and gents!! As you all may know, Heidi and Terra are out of town on the Artful Voyage cruise with THE Tim Holtz!! That's right, TIM HOLTZ!!!! Man, he is just amazing isn't he?? While they are gone I will be handling ALL of the customer service emails and phone calls!!! I just wanted to remind you that this is the week they will be gone, however, I will be doing my very best to stay on top of answering any questions or requests you may have. If you don't hear back from me right away, not to worry!!!! I have NOT forgotten about you and will have a reply for you as soon as possible. I love working with all of you and appreciate your patients while I hold down the fort.
