What Is On Your Mind??

I wanted to take the time to ask the very important question, what is on your mind? I would really love to know!!! What do you like to see on our blog? What gets your creative juices flowing??? Would you like to see more cards and examples for inspiration, or maybe more technique ideas? More free stuff? Do you want to hear more about us? Just let us know!! I would love to get some feedback on this so WE can make YOU happy!! Comment on the blog and let us know how we can improve.

I would love it if everyone would make at least one suggestion, and to help motivate you to write I'm giving away FREE GIFTS for TWO people who respond. I will do a random drawing for the two winners on Friday, October 16th and let me just tell you, it will be oh so sweet!

NOW GET THINKING!!! :)

  1. I would love to see more examples of cards made using Tim Holtz stamps. The tags on his blog are great, but I'd like to see more cards as well made by some of the talented ladies that design for Simon Says Stamp.

  3. I love blogs that have practical helps. Some beauitful "wow" cards, but some that are doable by the average person. I like to see "old" stuff used that we all bought... like eyelets and embossing powder, as well as "new" stuff like new stamps, cuttlebug folders and paper lines. I like techniques that aren't too involved and quick and easy project ideas. And it's fun to get to know you and your designers! HTH!!

  4. I would love to see more techniques...tutorials with lots of pictures are helpful! Or a video.

And of course more freebies!! Who doesn't love free stuff??

    Thanks!

I would love to see more tutorials and techniques. Who couldn't do with learning something new right?

Anyway, love your site and have told all my friends. I think Ebony in Australia got her order today and loved everything!! Keep up the fantastic work.

  7. Who is going to say no to free stuff??? lol.

Seriously though, techniques would be great!

Also I love the artwork, artwork always triggers the mojo!

Tutorials are also never a bad thing!

  8. Personally I think the DT do a marvelous job and we couldn't and shouldn't expect any more from them. I also think your free "gifts" are superb, so to me they are lovely if you happen to win one of them. I do the challenges to learn and develop my skills, so it would be wonderful if there were more demos or tutorials on new and old techniques. As a relatively new crafter and I'm sure there are many of us, this would be really helpful. I have visited two challenge blogs recently that are running weekly tutorials on different days from the challenge, they are fab. I've learned a lot just from these blogs, and it makes me want to enter their challenges first, why? because they are teaching me new things which in turn makes me a better crafter. Sorry for the long post, but you did ask.

  9. I love all of your suggestions.
What I would find most helpful would be to have card samples and techniques that are seasonal. I also would love to see tutorials on new products. I am quicker to purchase items when I have something awesome to inspire me. I am so excited to see that you now have a website and blog.

  10. I also would like to see more tutorials here. I also love the free stuff! =D And I really like the way you introduce new items that come to the store here in the blog. =)

  11. I've recently gotten back into stamping and can see how many new products are out there. I'd love to see tutorials on what the practiced card and paper project creators may think of as easy techniques. I'd love to hear more about your creative team, the products they like, their favorite techniques, etc. Other than that, the cards you share from the DT are just wonderful inspiration. :)

  12. I like being challenged with a specific technique, especially something I might not have tried before. I'm also grateful when you highlight new products that have just come in. Your freebies rock, and I really like the fact that you update the blogs frequently- I make sure to check them everyday.

  13. I love to see new products especially papers as they always inspire me

  14. I am a buzy mom of two todlers, so I don't really have the time to sift MANY blogs for techniques. And I you provide that, WOW! You would make my day! And especcially, since I know where to get what I need. Sort of one stop for everything:)) More cards would be helpful too.
And WHO DOESN'T LOVE FREE STUFF???!

  15. What I like ......
Free stuff for sure. (Who doesn't ;-))
I also love that you expose and introduce new products.

What I would like to see more is techniques tutorials - preferably videos. (These are always more effective than written procedures).

Another thing I'd love to see more is project ideas other than cards.
Could be canvases, Album pages, altered objects, Fabric based projects, containers preparation etc.

Love following your blog and thanks for being so attentive to our wishes.

  16. I would never, and i think all crafters would agree, say no to Freebies. Its always lovely getting something for nothing - no matter how small. And I love new techniques - if they are on video all the better but step-by-step pics is good too. There are often new products on the market that i havent a clue how to use so a 'how to use guide' would be very handy, I enjoy seeing the DTs work so maybe more of that - sorry girls - that would be more work for you i suppose!!! - or could just be a 'getting to know the DT better' item. I'll stop before i bore you - LOL :)x

  17. What is on my mind right now is how to get rid of the terrible headache that is so willing to comeout ;( suckkyyyy

But what would I love to see more..... that is a hard one because you girls are already showing so much inspiration and sooo many yummie goodies in the store. Maybe a good assortiment of beautifull lace for on cards. I know some girls have a hardtime finding it.

  18. Hi,

YES the design team does a great job!
Maybe you can show us more different stuff, like ATC´s, scrapbooks, decorated boxes, wall decoration, altered clocks, picture frames...Tutorials are welcome, too.
I do a lot of cute cards, but when it comes to "non cute" I have to sneak around the blogs for inspitation.
And then I love to see pics of craft room interieur and storage solutions, maybe a little sneak of your shop shelves or the DT desks.

    Have a nice weekend

  19. What is on my mind at the moment is Christmas and all those yummy goodies out there just crying out to be used !

I love tutorials especially about products that I have no idea what to do with !

EVERYONE loves freebies but I think SSS is the king of freebies and being generous in their prizes and offers.

It's so lovely to hear so many of you wishing to see more of our DT work - I never realised we made such a big impression on you !! Perhaps instead of the DT coming up with challenges for the challenge blog perhaps we can thrown it out to "the people" to decide ? We could have specials every so often of challenges people suggest the DT (and them) should do.

Thank you all for your support.

    Big hugs,

    Jo xxx

  23. I get SO many good ideas from your card examples! They are awesome, they show how to use products, and begin my MOJO working!!!!! Please keep them coming, and gotta tell ya that last year I "stole" one of your ideas for my 140 Christams cards that I made...how wonderful to have this blog!
    Thanks.

  25. THe giveaways are always nice. What I really like to see on blogs are VIDEOS. (I do not like tutorials)

  26. I would love to see things that everyone can do or tutorials show how to do them. Also, some free stuff...if you want us to use your stamps in a project, and don't have money to buy one (unemployed for over a year) and want to participate, we need a digi of some kind so that we can participate. When money becomes available I am more apt to buy from the company I got a freebie from in order to pay them back for a pay it forward kind of help. Iona

  35. Hi there!

What's on my mind? What a tricky one! At the moment...I need lots of ideas for craft things to sell at the Christmas school fair!stocking fillers and Santas grotto goody bags...
Some different ideas for things that we all have in our stash...ribbons, buttons, etc, and I love looking at card ideas so more of those please!
    Thanks for asking!

  36. I'm happy with your blog as is, I enjoy the friendly chat, the new products and the techniques.

I suppose one thing that I always find helpful is inspiration, so one product (card, inkpad, new Nestie, whatever) and several different examples on your blog using it.

Easier to justify new purchases when you know they aren't a one trick pony :)

  37. More tutorials and step by step photos would be just great!!!!
A lot of talent in the air!!!!!
    Thanks!!!
