Conratulations Blog Candy Winner & Happy Stamptember!

Happy September (or as we say Stamptember)!!

If you checked out the blog last week, you may be aware of the blog candy we are giving away this past week!! First off thank you to everyone who commented! The lucky winner, chosen at random is.....Tona!

Congratulations!! Please email Stephanie at steph@simonsaysstamp.com to claim your Lace Ribbon prize!

We truly do have a fantastic Design Team!! This week for the Simon Says Stamp Challenge, they came up with the theme of Pearls and Lace and they have created some divine cards! For inspiration, see below! We'd love it if you joined in the fun this week for a chance to win a $25 gift voucher to our store.

Debby used D'vine Swirls by Cuttlebug for the white background at the top (so pretty!!). I also see that she used Ballerina Tilda by Magnolia (Tilda's hair looks fantastic by the way!).

Chris used the Doily Lace Trim punch by Martha Stewart for the bottom edge. Like the black flower? We just got in something similar from Bo Bunny called Black Tulle Petals.

Heather used gorgeous, thick lace for her card. Try Simplicity's Two Tier Lace Natural for something similar. Want to browse for ribbon? Like the image? It's Unwrapped Tilda by none other than Magnolia. :D

Jackie used the Swiss Dots embossing folder by Cuttlebug (I love this one but we carry a ton of others, too!!). I like the scalloped circle behind Tilda too! Check out Classic Scalloped Circle by Spellbinders.

Christine used the Christmas Morning Tilda stamp. The lace she used is really pretty too! Try the White lace pack by Kaiser! I like the key charm as well - for a closely related key charm, try Wings Key by Cousin.

Lols used Wish Granted Tilda. She also used the Mini Swirls White by Prima. Tilda is colored with Copic Markers and the papers are from the Yummy Tummy Collection pack (also by Magnolia). For more on how this card was made, check out Lorraine's blog - Lols is great at listing her crafting supplies so you can easily find items that you like...very much appreciated :D

Martine used an adorable image called Cuddley Horse by Magnolia. The "Congratulations on your bundle of joy" sentiment is by Whiff of Joy and comes in a stamp set called Baby Sentiments.

Created by MarceaMarcea used some gorgeous green flowers!! We have some by Prima called Winter Roses Glacier. Want some colorful snowflake paper? Check out the Eskimo Kissed Collection Pack by Basic Grey.

Domi used the Little Mermaid Tilda stamp. Want self-adhesive lace? You gotta try white lace ribbon by Hero Arts!

Jane's made another remarkable creation! The sentiment "the magic of Christmas" comes from Sammy's First Christmas - a stamp by Whiff of Joy. I like the snowy decoration in the top right corner too - check out Maya Road's chipboard Snowflakes. Note: Maya Road has lots of other kinds of chipboard too!

Jo has set pretty roses in the left corner - try Fairytale roses in Orchid, by Prima. If you like the Birthday Princess sentiment, this can be replicated with the Party Queen stamp set by Crafty Secrets!

Thanks again to the Design Team members who have made such extravagant cards!! You really inspire people to create their own!

For a chance to win blog candy this week, please leave me a comment telling me your favorite Design Team card and why! One luck winner will receive Cream Swirls!

If you feel your creator's block lifting, enter the Simon Says Stamp Challenge for a chance to win a $25 gift voucher to our store!
