The year is almost up! I can never believe how quickly time flies. Help keep track of time with this
Calendar Kit by
Basic Grey. It is loaded with chipboard, stickers, die-cuts, rub-ons and more! What better way to start the new year? A bonus: anything you don't end up using for the calendar can be used on other projects you may have!
I'm not sure about you, but I was brought up to write thank you notes for gifts I've received. It's holiday season, and therefore gift-giving season for a lot of people, so this
Snowflake Card Kit by
Hero Arts would make a great stocking-stuffer or small gift for someone.
First off, I just like these papers. Secondly, I know a lot of people who craft or enjoy scrapbooking special occasions in their lives. Some highlights of this
Autumn Leaves kit include: epoxy alphabet stickers, epoxy accent stickers, and a whole bunch of rub-ons! It may not fit in a stocking, but the price is right for a nice present!
I know at least my mom would agree with me that these papers are adorable and have many uses. Not only do they fit in a stocking, but they could be a nice little gift to stick in a card. They can, of course, be used for scrapbooking and crafting, but also for writing notes and reminders.
About 10 years ago I had an epiphany: most holidays involve the colors green and/or red. Simply by that reasoning, this kit is a necessity! Need glitter? Check! Need flock? Included! Ready, set, craft!
In my opinion, the colors of this kit can be used at any time of the year for many occasions. Because of it's affordable price and awesome contents, this kit makes a nice present. : )
Another fairly-priced item - woohoo! I love these colors and chalks are a fun change of pace if you're tired of working with other mediums. An added bonus: the kit comes with 2 sponge applicators.
I've got to fess up...I'm no expert with
Copic markers. I LOVE using them, but I haven't had a chance to take a class and become certified yet. If you are like me in this sense (or know someone who is), this is a great gift! Some tips this DVD offers are about blending, refilling, and marker effects.
I am always awed and inspired when I see
Challenge Bloggers with stitching on their cards. You'd thing that a
sewing machine would put a hole in your wallet, but this one is surprisingly affordable, light-weight, and powerful!
Ask Reba, Tiffany, or any of the women here - just about every time I see Perfect Pearls kits I remark on how I wish they worked as makeup too. I love the colors and there are a great many ways to use these!! My favorite kit is the one featured above,
Aged Patina.
Happy Pre-Holidays!

I won! Wau, thank you so much :) This made my day.
ReplyDeleteThank you for showing those wonderful products. I have chalks, but I need more colours, especially darker ones.
That calendar kit looks amazing! I was supposed to make calendars as Christmas gifts, but I probably don't have enough time anymore. I wanted days in squares, but they only sell do-it-yourself-calendars with one line for each day around here. There isn't enough room to write much. I was supposed to make my own templates, but it takes time.
Too funny! Perfect Pearls Make-up!!
