It's your lucky day (or moreso week)! This week's
Simon Says Stamp Challenge theme is "
Anything Goes." I don't think that really needs much explaining so hop to it and craft away! You could win
$50 to our store!!!
Here's some inspiration from our
Design Team!
Debby, these colors are gorgeous and that image is so sweet : ) I like the
Swiss Dots embossed as well - always a great choice. The flowers are made using
Graphic 45 paper -
Baby 2 Bride - and she used the
Large Flower Punch by
Nellie Snellen. She made the gorgeous corner flourish using
Cuttlebug's
Vintage die (need a
machine?).
Christine used gorgeous
Poinsettia Art Flowers by
Hero Arts to accent her card. Aren't these colors nice together?? To stamp that
Magnolia image (
Tilda with Bell), she used
Memento Tuxedo Black (this makes for a GREAT gift!!) and the colored with
Copic Markers (the black ink won't smear if you use
Tuxedo Black).
Heather, this is a beautiful scene! I love how you colored
Tilda & Edwin Skating! The
Double Loops punch loops nice as well (it's by
Martha Stewart). She also used
pins,
Diamond Dust,
Snowflake Wonder,
Lols used
Polar White by
Flower Soft,
Star Dust Stickles, and
Art Institute Glitter for the snow & glittery parts. She used
Echo Park card stock from the
Merry Christmas Pack. I'm loving the
Lattice Arch punch. Like the ticket - it's from
Odds and Ends.
Jane used the
Tilda with Hanging Heart stamp by
Magnolia. Did you know that
Melissa Frances makes glitter
Chipboard Christmas Shapes? She used
Perfect Pearl Mist by
Ranger and
Stickles for pretty shimmer effects.
Chris used a
Magnolia stamp called
Brother & Sister. The brads are similar to the HOTP
Chocolate ones, but could also be
Pewter Metallic Embellishments by
Hero Arts. Tilda & Edwin are colored with
Copics and that pretty orange paper in the back might be from the
Restoration pack by Crate Paper or
Curio pack by
Basic Grey.
Mandy - the coloring here is exquisite! I also love the paper you used -
6 x 6 Webster's Pages. The
Diamond Stickles glitter is nice, as is the
ribbon. The swirls are by
Magnolia, the image is by
Whiff of Joy, and the
inks are by
Tim Holtz.
Jo used pretty
White Lace, floral paper in muted colors like
Cappella by
Basic Grey or
Cosmo Cricket Papers, an
Inkadinkado stamp called
Ornate Snowman. Want a scalloped square around your image? Try
Open Scallop Border by
My Favorite Things or
Lacey Squares and some
Core'dinations Paper like
Nostalgia.
Domi, this is such a cute card! I love the
Kioshi papers by
Basic Grey and
Sleeping Baby Tilda.
Copic markers are a great option for easy blending too. Want to make some leaves and foliage like what you see here? Grab some
sticky back canvas, draw some leaves/vines or use a stencil like
Mini Mask Florets, color with green ink like
Soft Leaf, Seed Packet, or
Stick Candy and cut out with
Craft Scissors. Try a
Stitch Sew Quick machine for the stitching.
We can't wait for you to show us what you've made! Please post a link at the
Simon Says Stamp Challenge for a chance to win $$ to
our store! Also, if you're into

Happy Holidays!
