Tim Holtz 12 Tags of Christmas: Day 7!

Can you believe we are already on Day 7 of Tim Holtz's 12 Tags of Christmas?! He is rockin' out those tags! Here at Simon Says Stamp, we are all thrilled each day to see what Tim designs next.

He said on his blog that this is his favorite yet (although I'm sure tomorrow's creation will be just as fabulous).

I'm loving the wood grain pattern in the background - it really looks like a hunk of wood! You can get that effect with the Bricked & Woodgrain Texture Fade, plus Frayed Burlap Distress Ink Pad, Crushed Olive Distress Ink Pad, Paper Distresser, Vintage Photo Distress Ink Pad, and Rock Candy Distress Stickles (to enhance the Distress Ink colors and give it that great look).

That stunning poinsettia was made using:
Natural Sticky Back Canvas
Non-stick Craft Sheet
Mini Misters
Cranberry Color Wash
Red Pepper Color Wash
Forever Red Perfect Pearls Mist
Heat It Craft Tool
Forever Green Perfect Pearls Mist
Lettuce Color Wash
Meadow Color Wash
Grungepaper
Tattered Florals die
Tattered Leaves die
Craft Scissors
Aged Mahogany Distress Ink Pad
Ink Blending Tool (or refills if you need them!)
Forest Moss Distress Ink Pad
Craft Scratcher Tool

Some other items you'll need for this project:
Alphabet Soup Grungeboard
Fired Brick Distress Ink Pad
Jet Black Archival Ink
Love Definition stamp
Glossy Accents or Mini Glossy Accents
Glue Gun
Accoutrement Buttons
Plain Grungeboard
Elegant Flourish Die
Snow Cap Paint Dabber (need a Snow Cap Reinker?)
Sanding Grip (we have Sanding Grip refills too!)
Walnut Stain Distress Ink
Type Charms
Lost & Found Paper Pack
Adornments

Feel free to browse all Tim Holtz and Ranger Industries Products! Thanks so much to Tim Holtz for his creative brilliance and fun ideas!

Happy Crafting to all! : )
