Simon Says Stamp Challenge: Mother's Day!

Hi all!
This week's theme for the Simon Says Stamp Challenge is Mother's Day (or a card for a special female in your life), and our Design Team has made exquisite creations for us again! Make sure that you enter the challenge this week - you might win a $50.00 shopping spree to Simon Says Stamp!!!! Think of all the loot you can get with that! : )

Heather used an embossing folder like Checkerboard & Cracked by Tim Holtz to add interest to that kraft paper. She also used Ribbon & Lace, pearls, a paper distresser, a sewing machine, a white leaf, an ink blending tool, and Aged Mahogany Distress Ink.

Christine used some paper that looks a lot like some from the Ad Lib pack by Bo Bunny. She also used a Penny Black stamp called Flowers for Mimi - too cute!!! : ) If you want high quality markers to help you blend when coloring, try Copic Markers - they are tops.

Lorraine used a stamp by My Favorite Things called Time For Bubbly. She used stickles to give some touches of glitter, and she used papers by Basic Grey from the Hopscotch collection.

Chris used the Ladybug stamp by C.C. Designs, Judi Kins Diamond Glaze to help the ladybug stand out, gemstones, copics, and a branch punch by Nellie Snellen.

Jo used pretty red polka dot ribbon by May Arts (make sure to get a Ribbon Ring and Tags to help organize your ribbon without wrinkling it!!). The image is by C.C. Designs and called Birthday Gretel

Mandy used glitter to make this lovely card sparkle! She also used Light Green Pearls by Hero Arts, Bundled Sage Distress Ink, an Ink Blending Tool, Glues & Adhesives, Tilda with Straw Hat by Magnolia. Do you LOVE those design papers as much as I do?? They are Basic Grey: Olivia and Green at Heart. (Note: Green At Heart papers are rare, but we still have some in stock - get 'em while you still can!!)

Kathy used Basic Grey's Hopscotch papers, Worn Lipstick Distress Ink by Tim Holtz, Buttons, a Penny Black stamp set called Wonderful Day, pearls. She may have also used the Zig Zag piercer from We R Memory Keepers. Want to do something with a doily too? Try the White Flower Crochet doily by Kaiser!

Dawny also used papers by Basic Grey! They're from the White Basics Collection. The cream colored flowers are most likely Innoscence flowers by Prima. It looks like she's also distressed some parts of the papers with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink by Tim Holtz.

Domi used Cappella Clips by Basic Grey. It looks like she used Eminence Collection flowers and distressed them with Tea Dye Distress Ink and maybe some Vintage Photo too. The image is by Magnolia.

Debby used the Izzy stamp by The Greeting Farm (TGF), Leaf & Swirl Doohickeys by Magnolia, Hopscotch Paper by Basic Grey. She used pearls to embellish those pretty pink flowers.

Jane must have known that I've been craving cupcakes all week!! lol This is gorgeous! She used the following Prima products: Aurora Pink Athena Flowers, Chelsea White E-Line Flowers, and I think Flower Sculptures for the teeny tiny tan flower. Those buttons are from the Curio collection by Basic Grey, and the papers are Pink Starlit by Magnolia! By the way...you'll also need ribbon : )

I truly hope you all have a blast making cards for the Challenge! I always love seeing what people create! And anyway - who wouldn't love winning a $50.00 spree!!
