Inspiration from our Simon Says Challenge Design Team below:

Christine used a House Mouse Stamp called Jelly Bean Heist! House Mouse has such funny names for their stamps!

Heather used a Stamps Happen stamp called Fairy with Balloon. She colored it with Copic Markers. : )

Lorraine used a Martha Stewart Punch called Happy Birthday. She also used a Gruffies stamp called Red Roller Racing.

Christine used a Magnolia stamp punch called Tilda with Laced Flag. Did you know this image comes as a Mini too?

Made by Chris!
Chris used Nana's Kids papers by DCWV.! How perfect for this challenge theme!

Made by Jo!
Jo used papers by Graphic 45! They're called A Proper Gentleman. Like that image? I do! It's called Fly Away and is by Penny Black.

Made by Marcea!
Marcea used papers by My Mind's Eye - a new brand we've recently adopted! These papers are called Hattie. The star was made using a Stars Die by Spellbinders.

Made by Mandy!
Mandy's card shows off one of Magnolia's new stamps! It's called Rocking Tilda and it's from the Sweet Rainbow Collection!

Made by Tara!
Tara used a Pure Innocence stamp called You're So Tweet. Those papers are by Echo Park! They're called For the Record and they come in 6 x 6 and 12 x 12.

Made by Dawny P!
Domi used So Spooky Papers by Magnolia and, I believe, paired them with Core'dinations papers for the black stripes.

Made by Debby!
Debby used papers from Echo Park called Little Boy. Did you know they're starting to make a lot of their papers in 6 x 6 and 12 x 12 these days?

Made by Melissa!
Melissa used Vintage Shabby papers by Tim Holtz and the Friendly Flags stamp by Hero Arts. Love the shape of this card, Melissa - looks great!! : )

Made by Jane!
Jane used a Tim Holtz Embossing Folder called Damask & Regal Flourishes to emboss the Grungeboard star. Looks pretty cool, doesn't it? Use a Gold Paint Dabber to paint it and it's ready to go!

  1. Stars or stripes?? If I *must* choose, I'd say STARS!! They are so graphic and eye-catching. Such fun accents--or focal points. :)

  6. Stars or stribes? That´s tuff, cause it definately depends on what they´re for. I really like both, but guess, I must choose the stribes, as I think, I use them a lot more than stars, but I do like stars a lot for some projects too.
