Use Dies and /or Punches Challenge!

Good Day to you! I hope you are having a great STAMPtember so far - only a few days left!

This week's Simon Says Stamp Challenge theme is....


So...this means you need to use dies or punches on your creation when you enter it into the Challenge for a chance to WIN a $50.00 gift credit to Simon Says Stamp!!!

Made by Domi! Domi used a nice Checker Board Punch by Martha Stewart! She also used the Sunshiney Day stamp from My Favorite Things!

Made by Debby! Debby used a punch very similar to the EK Success Infinite Dots punch! This cute image is called Flower Girl.

Made by Melissa! Melissa used the My Favorite Things Polka Dot Greetings Die and Stamp Set from their Die-Namics Collection!

Made by Heather! Heather used the Gretel Stamp by C.C. Designs!

Made by Lols! Lorraine used some lovely glitter to accent her card!

Made by Christine! Christine used cool background papers like you would find in the Gertie Pad by My Mind's Eye!

  9. How about a 'make-over' card challenge. Post a very plain aka 'uninteresting' card and the challenge is 'how will you make it better in your own style eg. add embellishment, use different colouring/ medium, add layers of paper ...' but the basic element of the card must be there.
    I am willing to submit my card sample for a 'professional make-over'...lol

  13. WOW what a great challenge, and sooooo awesome entries from the DT too.
    I once tryed a challenge, where we all got the exact same kit to make a card from as we would like from the given products, and then it was amazing to see, how different people had used the exact same materials, and there wasn´t 2 cards, there were even close to each other, even we were 51 participants, so maybe you could just make a list over some certain materials and colors of producvcts, that all people would have , and say f.ex. that you could use pink and green cardstock and yellow and brown paper and 2 blue bottons or whatever, just an example, but it could really be fun to see, what people would make of it everywhere.

  19. Hi Love seeing the D'Ts projects every week with the different products ! Always inspiring and my wislist is ever growing lol ! I think a cool challenge would be Your Nationality so for example I am Scottish so I would have a card with a stamp with rainy weather lol !! Thanks Kitty ;0)

  26. Wonderful creations indeed!!! A great challenge would be to make something using an image that starts with a designated letter. Such as "A" apple, alligator, acorn, Angel...etc..

  27. I love the Simon Says Stamp Challenge! Sketch Challenges are my favorite, but it might be fun to see a "life-story" challenge. For example, a card that represents the trajectory of your life, a goal, a major defining moment, an important person...(They do this type of thing all the time on Top Chef, LOL).

    I think a fun challenge would be to create a "scene" card, of an unforgettable event or place. That would be quite a challenge, on a card instead of layouts. Hope it's not too difficult ;)

  33. Loved seeing all of the projects! A fun theme...flowers, rolled flowers, trends, use a doily, use metal in your project... I will keep thinking about it. Love this stamp set from Hero Arts! Thank you for sharing.

  36. I think a great challenge would be to try something new, technique, product, etc. Its easy to get stuck in a rut and this would be a fun way to get out of it, and you might find something you love.

  47. I need to get in on the dies to die for challenge. I LOVE dies. LOL I think an interactive card would be fun, with any kind of moving part, could be a pop up, slider, a flap, etc. Thanks for inspiring us to create something fun.

  51. Gosh, even though I have recently ordered many things from you, I am now just looking at your blog...fantastic projects and cards! Since Christmas is coming up, how about a "snowman" challenge...so many cute snowmen stamps and stickers out there...would be wonderful to see all the inspiration and to use one's own stamps in a new way!
