STAMPtember Spotlight on Kathy Racoosin

STAMPtember is in full gear and we'd like to spotlight an avid and inspiring artist - Kathy Racoosin - to get your mojo wheels turning!

Kathy is a sweet friend of mine and of Simon. She has a zest for life, a warm loving attitude, and a heart of gold. Beyond that, she is an OOOOBER talented artist and designer. Seriously folks, her blog: The Daily Marker, has the most beautifully colored images and cards! Breathtaking I tell ya, purely BREATHTAKING!

(pictured with her hubby and two children)

Kathy is a sounding board for me personally and professionally. It's a real treasure to have her in my life. I'm so excited that in just 24 hours I will be able to visit with her at a girl's weekend stamping retreat! Do you think that markers might be like magic wands, and if I use hers, that my own work will turn out like this??:

umm...yeah, Kathy made these! I'm telling ya, check out her blog (after you finish reading this of course;)

Kathy's workspace is one of my all time most favorite workspaces! I would love to have a space as organized and as beautiful as this - wouldn't you?

Whenever I dream of what I want in a art room / studio (studio sounds way too classy for someone like me!) ... I dream of this ... buttons all organized in nice clear jars BY COLOR...Ribbon by color and beautiful furniture with great lighting. What does your studio look like? I'm not sure what mine looks like anymore..it's covered in stamps! Can we "Trade spaces" ?

Sweet Kathy created these lovely cards and made a perfect tutorial ESPECIALLY FOR YOU on her blog today! She took the time to give beautifully detailed and photographed descriptions of what she did to create these works of art! See - I told you she was sweet! (Thanks so much Kathy!) The cards showcase a beautiful Penny Black stamp called "Christmas Star". Be sure to pop by The Daily Marker and tell Kathy we sent ya! She has a huge ($200 worth of product) celebration giveaway on her sidebar!

What do you think? Let us know below and you could win the awesome 8 x 6 clear stamp set below! We have great STAMPtember Specials that end tomorrow! Check them out HERE

  4. Gifts are the symbolic expressions for your inner emotions that your heart has preserved with utmost care. A gift from you indirectly brings your presence within the grasp of your loved ones. When the occasions or the special events are on the way, your gifts add a different dimension to them. It’s just a trip to www.sendgiftsindia.com that will make this possible.

  80. Not always one can visit the beauticians. Instead, a little bit care on oneself can make an individual attractive enough. Personal care products do possess the rare combination of utility as well as style. The link at www.rightshopping.in/g/it.asp?C=Personal-Care-India&cid=18 takes the visitor to that utility rich product genre.
