Tattered Pinecone Felt Roses with Jennifer Mcguire


Did you think the Tattered Pinecone die by Tim Holtz was only good for pinecones?  HECK NO!  This die makes the most incredible, realistic felt roses!  In the video below you will see how Jennifer Mcguire used her Tattered Pinecone die along with some items from our April Simon Says Stamp Card kit of the month.   It's not too late to purchase our April Card Kit with the Simon exclusive Stamp set included!

  2. I have made a felt flower pin using Tim Holtz's Tattered Floral die. I was surprised at how nice and easy the felt cut with my Big Shot. I made a bunch of felt leaves for my last year's Halloween costume with the Tattered Leaves die (Tim Holtz again).

    I really enjoy seeing how Jennifer does things. Now I have another reason to put that pine cone die on my wishlist! Thanks for the inspiration.

  30. I just recently made felt roses using my cuttlebug and sizzix 3d flower die. They are so much better with felt than paper. I've posted them on my blog.

  38. i've been doing the opposite, using my rolled flower die to make pineconaes! i got the idea after seeing Tim make the pinecones and seeing what the die cut out. saved some bucks i used for something else.

  46. you know i made my first felt flowers yesterday! how about that! i used a MFT dienamic i purchased rolled rose(from you guys!) and it took me a few goes to get it right but when i finished i was so happy with the results! i think i may do it again!!!
