Hi all! Kristina here!
I know you're going to think I'm crazy, but I thought it would be awesome to use cupcake liners or treat wrappers on a card! Crazy, I know! So for this card, I flattened and scrunched up two cupcake liners from Martha Stewart Crafts in order to make a cool rosette embellishment for my card.
I used the larger ones, but I bet the mini liners would be adorable on a card, too! :)
Anyhow, enjoy

I think it's a great idea! There are a lot of cute cupcake liners out there now, and often you might have a couple left over after you've baked. :)

ReplyDeleteGreat idea and thanks so much for the video. Not a crazy idea! During all the different holidays, there are usually lots of baking paper goods in the stores. I've bought cupcake picks that have pumpkins, trees, bells, all made out of honeycomb paper. There are all kinds of goodies are there if you think outside the box.

ReplyDeleteWhat a fun idea! You are always full of them, Kristina!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute, cute card!!! This may sound crazy, but I can never get my Corner Chomper to cut a clean, rounded corner. I always get a wonky edge. Could you demonstrate how you position your paper in the chomper sometime? I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful, creative card ideas!
