Hi all! Kristina here. :)
One of the best part of summer are the BBQs! And nothing says summer like a 4th of July BBQ. So for today's card I decided to create a small BBQ invitation.
I used two 6x6 pads for the different red and blue patterns: Simple Stories Summer Fresh and BasicGrey PB&J. Both have great red and blue patterns. I also created an envelope using the Tim Holtz Pocket Die. :)
BTW, the size of the envelope is 3" x 4". The card inside is 2.75" x 3.75".
For the text area on the invitation, I first created it on my computer and then printed it out. Are you looking for BBQ invitation text? You can download a PDF of mine HERE. :)
Anyhow, enjoy!

ReplyDeleteA cute, fun, quick project. We will likely borrow this idea for our thank yous since our invitations went out yesterday. Thanks for sharing, Kristina -- great project, as always.
ReplyDeleteThis is great! I did not know that there is die for envelope! But sadly, I am using Cuttlebug and I guess the Tim Holtz Pocket Die cannot be used in Cuttlebug. Anyway, thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteReally cool card! Love the stars punched out! Thanks for sharing.

Adorable invite thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteI am going to be saying something similar to what you already have received as a response. These invitation cards are beautiful, creative and they are definitely keepers. You’ll hold on to them for a while, or even end up keeping them for good.
