Let's start the work week off with a great technique/tip from Danielle Walls! She shared this recently on a post for A Blog Named Hero- and we just had to pass it along too!
Now how beautiful is this card?! Danielle had a vision of having splashes of color behind the line of butterflies from the Hero Arts Calico Borders Stamp Set, so she fussy cut the stamp and placed them on top!
Wanting to take it a step further, Danielle realized there could be an easier way of doing this by just using her Versamarker and coloring in the stamp, embossing the image, and then coloring with the markers right over it!
Here's an example of same technique, but using a black embossing powder instead of clear!
Ingredients to make these cards:
A big thanks to Danielle, and A Blog Named Hero, for sharing this tip! I hope it helped you think outside of the box!
