I hope you all had a nice CHA with Simon : ) We really had fun taking pictures and getting to share them with you...you can definitely expect more to come! I enjoy traveling, but coming home is always a good feeling too : )
Have you had a chance to check out the new Simon Says Stamp Challenge? This week the theme is Anything Goes! I can't wait to see what you make! In the meantime, I get to drool over what our Design Team made! Here is what 3 of our super designers made:
Made by Laurel!
Laurel used Bella Bloom and Oh Happy Day by Simon Says Stamp. She also used the Summer Seasonal Distress Ink Pads (I love how bright these are!), an Ink Blending Tool, Perfect Pearls Mist, Tape Paper, Warm Highlight glitter by Glitter Ritz, Copic Markers, a Corner Chomper by We R Memory Keepers, a Cuttlebug Machine, and Foam Squares by Best Creation.
Made by Jennifer!
Jennifer used Section Smash tape by K & Company as well as a Simon Says Stamp exclusive die called Circle Border! Some of the other items you see used here: Heyday Sentiments by Studio Calico & Hero Arts, a Heat Tool, Stampendous White Embossing Powder, Black Twine, and black cardstock like from DCWV's Royal Garden pad.
Made by Sarah!
Sarah used a Simon Says Stamp Exclusives die called Star Border! She also used Stampendous Jelly Bean Glitter and white cardstock like Neenah Solar White, cut with the Premium Cut Line Trimmer and the Big Shot. If you want an easy way to apply equal pressure when stamping, I recommend the Fiskars Stamping Press. It's cool to see where you are stamping too : ) The Happy Birthday sentiment is from Sentiment Sampler by Paper Smooches and it is stamped in Onyx Black. It's so cool to see what people make each week...I love the different styles and uses for the products I get to see and handle each day : ) Make sure to take a look at what the rest of the Designers on the Design Team made:

ReplyDeleteWOUW these cards here are awesome and so well made. You have some really cool designers here, that´s for sure.
ReplyDeleteI would love to see a challenge for something more unusual than we normally see. Like f.ex.some really untraditional colorchoises or to use some specific things, that you don´t normally see on cards, or maybe one, where at least 3 things has to be recycled things, you already have in the house maybe?? That would be pretty cool. Maybe some different kind of dry foodproducts or something like that??
Love The Cards!!! How about a Challenge, where your project has an interative element ... Like a Spinner or a pop-up or a pulltab something along that line.
ReplyDeleteThanks Bunches, Brianna
