Today I have the pleasure of featuring three fabulous designers from our Simon Says Stamp Challenge! They have each made a creation that fits this week's theme: Back to School! If you join in the Challenge, you will automatically be entered for a chance to win $50.00 to Simon Says Stamp!
Made by Melissa!
Melissa used some beautiful Kraft cardstock! She also used Hemptique Twine, Frost White and Fiesta ink, White Opal Liquid Pearls, the Shoot for the Stars stamp by Simon Says Stamp, a Sanding Block, the Collage & Notebook Embossing Folder & a Cuttlebug Machine, and a Tiny Ruler. SO cute!! And a great way to use those leftover pencil stubs! : )
Made by Joy!
Joy used a Sizzix Hexagons die and a Stencil Alphabet stamp with white embossing powder & embossing ink. She also used products like: 9 to 5 paper and a Tin Pin from October Afternoon, & a Paper Trimmer (I just bought one of these, myself!). You might also need a machine like the Big Shot for this project. If you're like me, you find it impossible to cut the perfect circle...BUT, it can be done with this.
Made by Marcea!
Marcea used a stamp by The Greeting Farm, an edge punch like Scallop Sentiment by Fiskars, the Cherry Blossom Trim punch, the Swirly Vine die, Autumn Splendor. I love that Marcea is a problem solver with her crafting - she didn't have the right color flowers or pearls so she used Copics to custom color plain white flowers and pearls. Do you love the papers she used? I do! They're Beautiful Moments by Carta Bella! To tie it all in together, she added some sparkle!
Make sure to investigate what the other designers on the Simon Says Stamp Design Team have made too!
...and our Guest Designer, PIALI
Happy Crafting : ) -Sarah
