Hi bloggers! We're pleased to bring you some special exclusive content from Jana Millen featuring Memory Box dies! We hope you enjoy these cards, and now I will let Jana tell you all about them in her own words:
I am simply addicted to Memory Box dies. The variety,
the detail, the quality… all amazing.
I have two cards to share today. The first one uses the new Memory Box Cecilia Flower Outline Poppy Stamps die. I love its simplicity and wanted to make a simple design to
highlight it.
The background is masked using Hero Arts Shadow Ink. The flower was die cut from patterned paper.
I cut out two of the flowers so I could pop the second one off the card with a
foam dot. I covered it in Ranger Glossy Accents to give it more interest.
Supplies:
While I was making these cards, gorgeous snow was falling. So,
I wanted to make a wintery card to share with you. The Memory Box Magnificent Pine die has so much wonderful detail and, when embellished
with a little white pen, it looks like it is snow covered.
The background was created with Distress Ink and then
stamped and clear embossed with the Impression Obsession Gradation stamp. It’s
so easy to create the look of snow with Rock Candy and then a little
Diamond Stickles rubbed over the top with your finger.
Supplies:
A special thanks to the lovely Jana for providing this gorgeous inspiration!
