Eternally Grateful For You (May 2013 Card Kit)



Happy Tuesday, all! Kristina here with another card idea using the May 2013 Card Kit!

For this card, I gold embossed the flowers and leaves from the Best Mom Ever stamp set on watercolor paper and then watercolored them with Inktense pencils. I stamped the largest flower twice and cut out the center area to pop up on top of the full flower. I love the dimension it gives...


To pull the card together, I embossed the ribbon stamp and layered a bit of the lace from the kit on top. And finally the sentiment is one of the custom cut outs from Elle's Studio from the kit.

    Such a pretty card. The gold embossing and adding the extra flower piece really make the flowers pop. Great sentiment as well.
