Folded Sentiment Card

Hi all! Kristina here. :)

Today I'm using a sentiment stamp from Hero Arts brand new All Good Things stamp set. I thought it would be fun to create what I'm calling a "folded sentiment card" with the sentiment across two folds. Not all sentiments work with this, but this one does!

I also masked off the sentiment and stamped flowers from Hero Arts 4 Flowers cling stamp set, and then blended Pumice Stone ink with a blending tool. I love how after removing the mask the sentiment area is so bright!

We HEART Doodlebug!

Hi Bloggers! I hope 2013 is treating you well so far! As Kristina so poignantly put it on yesterday's blog, it is on to the next holiday! I couldn't help but smile when we received these brand new Doodlebug goodies in our store recently! They're bright, cheery, and perfect for the LOVELY holiday they were meant for! I love the pretty zig zag stitching around this card! The cupcake is adorable, but I also think the new Valentines Doodle-pops would be adorable too! Do you want a perfect scalloped edge like this one? This die is one of my favorite scallops!

More than puppy love! - New Valentine's products from Simon Says Stamp

Hi all! Kristina here.

Happy New Year! Do you know what that means in the crafting world? Time for Valentine's Day! LOL! Yep, straight into another holiday. Here at Simon, we have some awesome new exclusive Valentine's Day products for you. Today I have a video for you featuring our new Falling Hearts die, Talk Bubbles 2 die set, and the Simon in Love stamp set.

Some of you might not know that Simon is an actual dog. He's the fur-baby of our very own Heidi and the official mascot for Simon Says Stamp. Last year, Simon introduced us to his little girlfriend Simone. ;) So we added a Simon in Love stamp set to our exclusive line of products.

I used Copic markers for coloring in Simon. Be sure to watch the video to see which colors I used specifically for each dog.
