Stamping With Twinkling H2O's!


Here is a fantastic technique by Christine Urias from Mark Giles!

Helpful Hint from Creative Imaginations: For the stamping with H2O's technique, look for stamps that are deep etched and are thick when viewed from the side

Grass Stamp, Black Cardstock, Poppy Radiant Rain Dauber, Purple Twinkling H2o like Snapdragon

Creative Imaginations Hint: Test Dauber flow on scrap paper so you aren't surprised with a flood of color!


Dandelion Stamp, Black Cardstock, White Cardstock, Wildflower Purple H2O, Coral Berry Radiant Rain Dauber, Sentiment Stamp, Gold Radiant Rain Spray

Hint: Craters in the paint are good! They create "reservoirs" for the water mist to collect, helping paint to soften.

    I love the Twinkling H2O's. I have never thought of using them on rubber stamps though I just use them for colouring. What a great idea - I am going to try it out shortly. As for my favourite colour, hmm, all of them? It's hard to pick just one - the "twinkle" in them makes them all so attractive. I am going to say Stargazer, it's got a bit of purplish hue coming out in the blue.

    It's really hard to choose only one color but I would say GUATEMALAN. It's just beautiful color. I love the stamp set from Hero Arts too! Thanks for the chance to win. :)

    Love my H2o's and I have been using some yummy greens and various shades.(I have quite a few greens)

    Oooo I've never tried those. I'll have to add it to the wish list. If I had to choose a fav color.. today it would be Mediterranean blue.. tomorrow though I bet I'd pick something different.

    Hmmmm never tryed these before, but blue has alaways been my alltime favoritcolor, so that´ll always be a good choise, especially a nice clearblue shade, that is so awesome.

    twinkling H20's =)!! My FAVORITE color is Gold Dust and Garnet!! I use them the most!! =)

    My favorite is Plumeria. I just did a turkey using my H20s. I toned them down with Vintage Photo Distress ink and LOVED how the shimmer still came through. Featured on my blog:

    Beautiful colors and stamped images. I don't own any twinkling H20s yet but I have used them in classes so I know they are wonderful! My favorite, I don't know, maybe the purple?... Love the flowers in this stamp set! Thank you for sharing!

    I love my Twinkling H2O's...I think I've got every color they ever made. I love the Hot Cinnamon, which is still available, Stargazer and Azurite (don't think you can get this one anymore) Thanks for the chance at a great stamp set.

    I love the Snapdragon Twinkling H2O. I have a very old set but none of the newer luscious colors. Must try!

    I love that you are discussing Twinkling H2o's! I haven't seen them used on other blogs in a really long time, if at all. I love these and use them A LOT! I don't have a favorite color, but love 'em all! I do think the irresecent ones are so awesome and the fact that they're made to use on black makes them amazing!!
