May 2012 Card Kit Always a Friend Card

Morning, all! Kristina here with another card and video. :)

For this video I wanted to use the May 2012 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit. You get a TON of supplies with this kit, and this just one card that I made with it.

I love creating cards with repeating elements (in this case, punched hearts) because it's an easy way to make an impact with small pieces of patterned paper. And when you have lot of sheets of patterned paper from one collection, like in a 6x6 pad, it's fun to combine all those patterns in a creative way.

You can pick up a May 2012 Card Kit HERE for $24.95, or you can subscribe and receive this kit and future kits auto delivered to you each month for $19.95 by subscribing HERE.

Anyhow, enjoy!

  6. Thanks, Kristina. I love the card, my wallet does not because guess who is getting that mini heart punch to go along with the May kit.

  7. I know it is an illusion, but something makes the hearts look like they have tiny white border around them. I wonder if it is because the hearts are "popped up?" The card is great.
Looks like you will have a blast with all those paper "scraps."
    Thanks for sharing your talent!
