Hi Bloggers! Video from Our Artful Voyage to Mexico with Tim Holtz and Wendy Vecchi

Thank you so much to everyone for your kindness and attention while we were away! Terra and I had a wonderful time on the Artful Voyage cruse to Mexico with Tim Holtz & Wendy Vecchi and are busy back at the office still trying to catch up on our emails and work. Shipping is up to date, but my other office affairs are still looming, so this is a short post, BUT I CAN"T WAIT To tell you more about our voyage and post some pictures for you. Gotta take care of some office business, so I will be BACK!

A huge thanks to Tim Holtz, Wendy Vecchi, the folks at scrapmap and all of the helpers - Michelle, Keychain, Jaci, and of course, Mario!

IN the meantime, Tim Holtz made a great 9 minute video of the cruise for you to enjoy. At around 6:18 - 6:24 Tim whizzes his camera past me and Terra ;)

Bonkers for Binderie!

Seriously....you've gotta check out this really cool new tool from 7 gypsies...you'll fall in love! And good news...it's in stock now!

Punch holes in book board, leather, all kinds of things! Powers through multiple layers of cardstock with a simple press of a finger. Marks on the front of the punch indicate center positioning for easy line-up and accurate punching. Extendable arm accommodates various sizes and features a pin for placement of the first hole when punching a line of holes. A snap-off bottom tray holds punch out pieces for easy disposal.

The OH SO SWEET Winners!!!

Thanks to ALL who commented last week on the "What's On Your Mind" blog!! We received great feedback from all of you and appreciate all of the wonderful ideas on how to make our blog better for YOU! It looks like a lot of you want to see more tutorials and technique ideas. Well, ask and you SHALL receive!! We also got many requests to see more cards and inspiration from the Design Team. Those ladies are very talented and I am sure they are flattered to know that all of you enjoy seeing their hard work. We also had some suggestions on how to use "old stuff" to make new beautiful projects. Sally B from our blog was interested about ideas for stocking stuffers and Santa goody bags. I love these suggestions and will hopefully have something really fun to share with you for this holiday season!

Whew!

Well we made it through the week and just want to send a great big heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone for your patience! We have been working really hard to keep up the business without Heidi and Terra but we can't wait to see them next week and hear all about their adventures, which we will be sharing with you too! STAY TUNED....

Make Core'dinations the Core of Your Next Project!!

Core'dinations is the new paper that you can sand, tear, emboss, and antique!!! It has a unique core color that coordinates with the surface color, so you have the ability to WOW your friends when doing your paper crafting!!

Customer Service With A Smile!

Hello ladies and gents!! As you all may know, Heidi and Terra are out of town on the Artful Voyage cruise with THE Tim Holtz!! That's right, TIM HOLTZ!!!! Man, he is just amazing isn't he?? While they are gone I will be handling ALL of the customer service emails and phone calls!!! I just wanted to remind you that this is the week they will be gone, however, I will be doing my very best to stay on top of answering any questions or requests you may have. Hi bloggers! I'd love to feature a really versatile and talented stamper today! I've admired her work ever since I started blogging and the card above takes my breath away! I am 37 years old and a registered nurse. Married to a lovely man for over 18 years and we have a 16 year old son. I started making cards mid 2007 but only started stamping in 2008 when I realised that you could colour in images (how much fun!!). Since I started stamping I have become well and truly hooked and I know this is my real crafting passion. I have recently bought my set of copic ciaos and I love them so much. I tend to favour cute, cute, cute images and love bright colours that make you smile. More than a healthy liking for flowers and embellies and always feel the need to buy more, more, more (sound familiar!). I am lucky to be on several fabulous DT's and I just love the friendship and inspiration that blogging has given me - I feel very lucky indeed to have 'met' so many beautiful people.

Haunted by Cosmo Cricket is To "DIE" For!

Halloween is right around the corner, and frankly, I think it is the most fun holiday for the kiddies. (At least, I think so, due to the fact that we don't have to travel to 5 or 6 different places in 2 days like we do for Thanksgiving and Christmas!)

I love, love, love the Cosmo Cricket "Haunted" Halloween line. The colors are amazing and versatile. And...the rub-ons and blackboard images are so whimsical and fun.

Speaking of Blackboard....the Cosmo Cricket Haunted Blackboard was featured in the current issue of Paper Crafts Magazine (September/October Issue).

Cosmo Cricket has been having lots and lots of requests for it and we happen to have a bunch in stock in our store! You get 64 awesome pieces of black chipboard - a frighteningly good deal! My favorite technique with the black chipboard is coloring it with metallic colored pencils. It makes the color just POP! But, using it "as is" is great as well! Get it while it lasts! Check out the Haunted Rub-Ons and the Haunted Clear Stamp Set too!

My kids are 4, almost 3, and almost 6 months. Yeah, yeah, I know....I am kinda crazy. Last year the older two were a Beaver and a Penguin. I don't have a fabulous picture because of the "big white car background", but here is a cute shot from last year...

This year, they are going to be Pink and Blue Crayola Crayons. As for the 6 month old, I think he might be a devil or a pumpkin (I have both little infant costumes). Or maybe a lump of PlayDoh to stick with the crafting theme? He kinda looks like one when he is sitting up! What do you think?
