Hello there bloggers, Happy Thursday to you! It is a beautiful day today, the sun is shining, but would you believe my beautiful little orange tree is now almost bear? The season's change so fast! Today I would like to share some gorgeous and inspiring projects with you featuring a specific medium. That medium is.. FELT! This little cuddly beauty can be used in many ways, but I LOVE the way it's being used with die-cuts. I highly recommend using our National Nonwovens 100% wool felt, if you'd like to try this technique out! There are many variations of felt, and many are not up to the task of die-cutting!
Check out the stunning example above by our sweet friend and Lawn Fawn Stamps president, Kelly Marie Alvarez? WOW!! Check out the full demo here for instructions and a full supplies list! Try some pre-cut felt Fall Leaves, and try oatmeal felt to get a similar look to Kelly's background!
Created by Sally Sherfield
For beautiful felt flowers like the ones in the above inspiration, try African Violet Felt and the Rolled Rose Die!
Created by Jennifer McGuire
For a slightly darker blue flower, try Blue Bonnet Felt and the Mini Rolled Roses Dies!
Created by Nichol Magouirk
How fun is this card? Try a sampler pack of felt to get a variety of color! Nichol also used the Rolled Daisy die and Doodlebug Lily White Boutique buttons!
This sampler pack is perfect to try lots of different techniques with felt! Try it out!
