New Monthly Art Journaling Feature with Shari Carroll!

Hi bloggers! Happy FRIDAY to you! I'm really excited to embark on a NEW monthly feature in 2013 with the amazingly talented, Shari Carroll! Art Journaling has been something that has really increased in popularity lately, and we thought it would be so much fun to get monthly inspiration on different ways to get started if you find yourself in an artistic slump! I came across these definitions of art journaling to share, in case you're not familiar with the term;

Art Journaling v. The act of making an ongoing (daily) record of the artist’s experiences, feelings, lessons and expressions.

Art Journal n. A book for keeping a daily record of the artist’s experiences, feelings, lessons and expressions.

  17. Thank you for sharing the process with us, Shari! It was helpful to watch you actually doing the techniques. Did you let things dry between layers or did you just keep going while the paint/ink/glue was still wet?

  91. What a great idea. I just started doing art journals and even started a separate blog for doing the process because is seemed like it needed it's own space from my card making.
    I love to see other people's ideas of how they do their pages.
